The End of
Lincoln Center Theater’s Production
of Thornton Wilder’s
“Our Town”

Starring:
Penelope Ann Miller
Spalding Gray

Jeff Weiss
Eric Stoltz

The greatest American play ever written. I recognize that’s a strong statement. And that Arthur Miller, Eugene O’Neill, and August Wilson might have something to say about it. But they’re dead and I’m not, so I can shout it from the rooftops and none of them are gonna argue with me.

I may not be a Saint or a Poet but I know the value of realizing you’re Alive. It’s so easy for all of us to forget. Life, as they say, gets in the way. The business of living. But once you think for a long spell about the business of your own dying, well, then it makes savoring every sandwich all the more enjoyable.

The Farewell Project is not about death. It’s about realizing you’re alive. Before it’s too late.
